My story

Myles Warr is a songwriter from rural New South Wales, raised in a family where music was a constant. He began playing guitar at six and writing songs not long after, drawing early inspiration from the world around him.

With a background spanning blues and jazz guitar to rock and metal drums, his sound now sits in the folk, Americana and pop space, shaped by a broad musical foundation and a focus on lyric driven songwriting. Time spent writing and performing in the UK and Nashville, along with working closely with songwriters internationally, has further shaped his approach to craft and storytelling.

His music centres on time, relationships, and the quiet, often unspoken moments that shape people’s lives. Drawing on everyday experiences, his songs lean into honest storytelling, capturing the details that are often felt more than they are said. With a focus on connection, he aims to create music that brings people together and stays with them beyond the moment.
